Welcome to WAMIHS "Good Reads"

We have always said that the issue of violence against women is very complex. As we have become more involved - reading, researching, analysing, speaking, listening, watching - we realise "very complex" is almost an understatement. So, to help make some aspects clearer, we will be posting articles, images and various items that have helped us develop a better understanding.

We firmly believe that more emphasis should be put on the perpetrators and perpetrator accountability, hence our support of White Ribbon.

We hope you will become better informed and contribute to the discussion around this issue in your circle of friends, family and workmates. We hope that you will get a sense of why we have this event each year.
