How to Register and Donate to our Event

 

We are a grassroots committee organising this event with Easoto paying for all the costs.  Every cent raised goes to White Ribbon Australia.  Money raised could be through Registration fees, Donations, proceeds from the Raffle on the day

We don’t have the resources

 

to develop a single registration/money collection website.  Nor are we able to issue receipts as we are not White Ribbon.  So the best we could do is have two online sites for the event:

 

This website has all the event information, where we will also keep a running tally of all money raised (received both online and offline).

above the amount of $2 will be issued with a Receipt by White Ribbon. 

  • Online this is done via Everyday Hero (who charge 6.25% of the amount given).

  • Offline, we need an email address to be provided at the time the money is given.The address needs to be clear and easy to read.  We bank the money, then send White Ribbon the details and they issue the receipt.

How do I Register to walk?

  • On the day (but we prefer beforehand for catering purposes)

How do I pay my Registration Fee of $30?

Want to form a TEAM?

 

Our organisation or my group of friends want to walk together and raise money as a team, what do we do?

 

1.  Send an email to hello@easoto.com with details of the Team name.  We will then list your team on the event website.

 

2.  Walkers Registration – see above and make a comment of the Team name.

 

3.  Walkers Registration Fees and Donations from your supporters. We will update the details under your team name on this website as we are made aware of them.

 

Online - You will need to set up a team at the Everyday Hero page for the event, click here .Then you can share this with your team members and supporters to use a credit card and the receipt is issued straight way.

 

Cash or cheques, we bank to the White Ribbon account and we need the following details

Name of Team

Name of Donor

Amount of Donation

Email address - make sure you get a clear, easy to read email address as this is what we give to White Ribbon for them to issue the receipt.
